Weekend Fun

We went to visit my Mom, brother, and SIL this weekend and I wanted to post pics from our time together. My favorite thing about these photos besides capturing my wonderful family is all the bright colors. It all feels so Spring like to me!

New Poses

I have been wanting to play around with more action photos. This one of my daughter came out so cute, but I want to get a trampoline, so I can catch them in midair.

I'm happy with this photo, because for once I didn't catch the sun in anyone's eyes and there aren't any shade problems.

A cute one of my little guy. He loves these dinosaur shoes, they distract me from the photo. Now, I know why they say to watch what kids wear in a photo. Keeping it simple adds more impact to a photo.

I LOVE this shot. It came out just right!

I love her full photo effect on this one. I have to take them all out again and use this backdrop in the future.

Spring Pics 2009

I had the kiddos put on their Easter outfits, so I could do some photos of them. I have been playing with some new photo programs trying to decide what to go with next. Just thought I'd share those pics.

Baby Photos

Seriously...what am I thinking....

Because right now my front room is littered with frames, candles, etc all over the place as I move 3 heavy pieces of furniture and rearrange things hanging on the walls. Oh, let me not forget the 3 seperate gift bags I'm putting together and the barn star I have to paint today to add to one of those gift bags, oh and try and do some valentine's party planning....does anyone else do this to themselves?

What I love....

I love to take photos. I have always loved to take photos. My love of photography comes from my father. He was forever taking photos of my brother and I growing up and is the only man I knew who had 2 albums full of RC Airplane pictures. RC Airplanes were his 2nd great passion, didn't inherit that, thank goodness, lol. When we became parents I took my daughter on a monthly basis to the photographer and waht I found is that I wanted to be the one capturing her magic moments. We went from one child to 4 and it became a wee bit expensive to take the kids into the photographer as often as I wanted to and the caliber of photographer we were using at that point was pretty high. So, hubby bought me a very nice camera and pretty much since then I have taken all of my kiddos pictures. So, I just wanted a spot to share the photos I take.
